These Terms govern your use of RevelPost at revelpost.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use RevelPost.

The service

RevelPost helps hosts design invitations, send them by email and SMS, and manage RSVPs. Designing and sharing an invitation is free; an account is required to email or text guests and to use the host dashboard.

Host responsibilities and guest consent

You are responsible for the guests you add and the messages you send. You represent that you have a direct, personal relationship with each guest and a reasonable basis to contact them about your event, and that any phone number you provide belongs to a guest who agrees to receive event messages at that number. You must not use RevelPost to send unsolicited bulk messages, marketing, or any content unrelated to a genuine event you are hosting.

Messaging

Invitations, reminders, and updates are sent on your behalf and identify you as the host. Every message includes opt-out instructions; recipients may reply STOP to stop receiving texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails, and RevelPost will honor those requests. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. See our Privacy Policy for how messaging data is handled.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising, or messaging people without a real basis to contact them.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its deliverability.

We may suspend or remove events or accounts that violate these Terms or threaten deliverability for others.

Content

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant RevelPost the license needed to host, display, and deliver it to your guests as part of running your event.

Disclaimers and liability

RevelPost is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for messages that carriers delay, filter, or fail to deliver. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months (which may be zero).
